Our Liverpool City centre office currently requires a fee earner to work within our commercial property department dealing with a full range of commercial property matters acting for both local and national clients. Your role will include undertaking fee earning work and also assisting with developing and maintaining new and current business relationships.
You should have a minimum of 3 years experience working on commercial property matters, be able to work independently and be a confident and organised individual who is able to work on your own initiative. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office and case management systems, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
Office hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, 1 hour for lunch
Duration: Full or Part-time considered
Holidays: 20 days per annum, pro rata, January to December inclusive, in addition to usual bank/public holidays.
We offer a competitive salary and a pension scheme (with a 6.5% employer pension contribution and death in service cover) after 12 months completed service.
