Penhurst Properties Limited is a Private Landlord based in South West London. We are currently looking to hire a skilled general maintenance operative to join our property maintenance team to assist with day to day upkeep of our residential property portfolio.
We would need an operative with experience in,
- Carpentry /Joinery - Fitting kitchen units, laminate flooring, doors, partition walls.
- Painting & Decorating
- Tiling
- Plumbing - Basic domestic plumbing.
- Electrical - replacing light fittings, switches, sockets, extractor fans and appliances.
- General residential maintenance work.
As part of the team your main duties will be carrying out general responsive maintenance works in all properties owned by us and on occasion minor refurbs of our units (new kitchen, bathrooms and full repaint) . The role is fast paced and will require you using your own initiative to solve problems and manage your time effectively.
A full valid UK driving license is required.
