Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our team working on social housing projects.
Responsibilities
- Excavation and trenching works
- Drainage installation and repairs
- Kerbing, paving, and concreting
- Fencing
- External works and groundwork repairs
- Working safely within occupied social housing environments
- Supporting other trades as required
Requirements
- Previous groundwork experience, ideally within social housing or residential maintenance
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills when working around residents
