Noticing/Street Works and Validation programme coordinator
Duties:
Compiling Aurora data/reports for managers
Coordination of activities with managers, clients and council and raising notices for civils/cabling activities on Aurora
Raise permits for works needing temporary signals
Raise permits for works needing closures/parking suspensions
Validation for upcoming works and managing updates for validation
Printing off job packs and uploading to system for several gangs
Uploading job packs to Management system
Updating Daily Reinstatement Tracker
General administrative tasks
To be considered you must:
Have experience in a similar role
Be conversant with the Aurora system
Be familiar with the New Roads and Streetworks Act and the Traffic Scotland Act
Be experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel
Pay: From £28,730.00 per year
Work Location: In person
