Support Worker Days or Nights (Orchard Court)
Location: Mirfield (WF14)
Hours: Part-time
Shifts: Days (7am - 2:30pm or 2pm - 9:30pm), Nights (9:15pm - 7:15am)
Hourly Rate: £12.81/hr - £13.61/hr (plus enhanced rates for Bank Holidays and Overtime)

What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Worker or Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and young people with their daily lives, including:

Providing high-quality person-centred care and support

Encouraging independence and promoting choice

Supporting communication and emotional wellbeing

Assisting with personal care and mobility needs

Creating positive experiences and meaningful activities

Working closely with families and multidisciplinary professionals

Ensuring a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
For Night Support Workers, you'll also help to ensure children and young people are safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night, responding to their needs while maintaining a calm and caring environment.

About Orchard Court
Orchard Court is a specialist residential home in Mirfield offering full-time residential care, short breaks and emergency placements for children and young people aged 0-18 with complex disabilities and medical needs. Our home provides a warm, homely environment where children are encouraged to have fun, build confidence and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
