As the first point of contact for clients, CareGivers, and enquiries, your communication and people skills will be essential. You'll be the face and voice of our office, ensuring a warm, professional welcome for everyone who walks through our door or picks up the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Communications
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls, directing enquiries appropriately.
- Welcome visitors, candidates, staff and external partners to the office.
- Ensure a professional, warm and organised front of house experience.
- Manage general enquiries and respond or escalate as required.
- Supporting with staff wellbeing calls
Meeting & Training Coordination
- Prepare meeting rooms and materials for internal meetings and training sessions.
- Support training sessions by organising materials, attendance lists and room set-up.
- Take meeting minutes and circulate notes to attendees.
- Track and follow up on agreed actions to ensure accountability and completion.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the leadership and office teams.
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
- Support document preparation, printing and general office administration tasks.
- Completing audits
Recruitment Support
- Completing initial candidate screenings
- Completing interviews
- Supporting in onboarding candidates
Marketing Support
- Supporting to plan events
- Supporting organising leafleting and letter drops
