We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Finance Co-Ordinator to support our finance operations and help keep the business running smoothly.

What you’ll do
· Support financial reporting and reconciliations
· Manage accounts payable and receivable
· Assist with VAT, PAYE, payroll, pensions, and expenses
· Maintain accurate finance records and systems
· Support audits, purchasing, and process improvements
· Work closely with office and warehouse teams
· Managing receivables and supplier payables accounts & statement.
· Some general admin tasks such as input of data, answering phones, purchasing office items and welcoming guests
