Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and cooking of Turkish grilled specialties and a variety of pizzas with precision and creativity.

- Manage food production processes, from ingredient sourcing to final presentation, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Oversee team management by training, mentoring, and motivating kitchen staff to deliver excellent service.
