Application question(s):
- Have you managed multi-disciplinary technical programs that required bringing together physical hardware, software (firmware, apps, or cloud systems), and external vendors to launch a complete product?
- This is an active, delivery-focused role rather than a PMO or reporting position. Can you provide an example of a time you had to dive into technical details to challenge estimates, resolve dependencies between different technical teams, or control scope creep?
- Describe a situation where a critical third-party supplier, development partner, or manufacturer was falling behind schedule. How did you handle the situation to protect project timelines and hold them accountable?
- Give an example of a delayed or failing technical program you inherited or managed. What specific actions did you take to re-evaluate the critical path and bring the project back on track.
- Which of the following product or engineering environments do you have experience delivering programs within? (Hardware & Embedded Systems, Consumer Electronics / Smart Devices, Telecommunications / Networking, Industrial / Enterprise IoT, Software & Cloud Platforms, Automotive / Mobility)
