What You’ll Be Doing
- Screening CVs to spot top sales talent
- Conducting engaging phone interviews
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
- Keeping records accurate in our tracking system
- Supporting the CEO and recruitment team with admin tasks
- Delivering a smooth, professional candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or a call centre
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities independently
- Ability to work independently
- A positive attitude and friendly demeanour
- A motivated and driven individual.
