Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, SEO optimisation, and paid advertising such as Google Ads.
- Manage content creation and optimisation for websites using WordPress and Adobe Photoshop to ensure engaging visual and written content.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website content to improve search engine rankings (SEO).
- Oversee social media management by creating engaging posts, scheduling content, and interacting with followers to build community engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales team on B2B marketing strategies, including lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for internal review and strategic planning.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with best practices and GDPR regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Lead project management efforts for multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and deadlines.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing management, including SEO optimisation, social media management, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to target audiences.
- Demonstrable expertise in project management with excellent organisational skills and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and IT tools relevant to digital marketing activities.
- Experience in B2B marketing environments is highly desirable.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining clear communication across teams.
- Analytical skills necessary for interpreting data insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
