The Role:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents living with dementia
- Administer and manage medications accurately using the ATLAS medication tracking system
- Monitor resident wellbeing, maintain accurate records, and liaise with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and families
The Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Previous experience working within dementia care settings
- Competent and confident using the ATLAS system for medication management and tracking
