What You'll Be Doing
You'll build great relationships with customers, understand what's important to them and recommend tailored protection solutions that help them feel confident about the future.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building rapport with customers through professional and consultative conversations.
- Identifying clients' protection needs and recommending suitable Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection and related products.
- Explaining products clearly and ensuring customers fully understand their options.
- Managing applications accurately and maintaining detailed customer records using our CRM systems.
- Working towards individual and team performance targets.
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and company processes.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for positive, driven people who love speaking to customers, enjoy achieving great results and want to be part of a team that's going places.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous sales experience (essential).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative approach with the confidence to influence and close sales.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop.
- Experience within financial services or insurance is desirable but not essential.

Our package includes:
- Basic salary of £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £42,000 – £100,000+.

- (*available to the first 10 qualifying new Advisors, worth up to £50,000).
