Average 42 per week on a 3 on 3 off basis over a 6-week rota

We opened our fantastic new care home in November 2023, and we are now moving into further enhancing our Team and looking for exceptionally caring people to join us.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- If you have an NVQ 2 or willing to undertake the qualification, or you are looking for an introduction to working in care.
-Physically fit and have right personality to carry out duties and responsibilities to support Resident’s needs.
-Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
-Able to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure.
-Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- All training will be provided but previous experience would be advantage.
- Above all that, you need to have caring heart and be supportive to our residents to maximize the experience living with us at Weavers Court Care Home.
