Valour Holdings is a specialist solar sales agency across South Wales. We’re taking on a Sales Apprentice and training them from the ground up — earning from day one, learning the trade properly, and walking away with a nationally recognised qualification and real sales skill that pay for the rest of your career.

What Makes This Different From Every Other Apprenticeship

The Qualification
You’ll work towards a Level 3 in Customer Service, City & Guilds — a course we’ve tailored specifically around sales and business, so everything you learn applies directly to the job and your earnings.
- No time spent in a college classroom- the qualification is delivered entirely through on-the-job training and assessment
- You learn by doing the actual job, coached as you go
Example modules include:
- Understanding customer needs
- Managing your personal performance and development
- Handling objections and closing sales
You finish with a qualification on paper and, more importantly, skills you can feel every time you close a deal.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learning the full solar sales process from experienced people who do it every day
- Door knocking areas to speak with homeowners about our “Bill Swap” solar offering (no upfront cost, monthly payment model)
- Booking and working towards closing appointments as your skills grow
- Building the habits, confidence and technique of a top sales professional

Requirements:
- A valid full UK driving licence is essential
- Right to work in the UK
- Based within a commutable distance of Bridgend, South Wales
- Eligible for a UK apprenticeship
