Dental Elite are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established independent mixed practice in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, non-corporate practice with an established patient base, excellent private earning potential, and direct hands-on support from the Principal Dentist.
About the Role
- Contract: 3 days per week
- Days Available: Monday, Tuesday and flexibility to work either Thursday or Friday
- Start Date: ASAP
- UDA Rate: £13.50–£14.00 per UDA, dependent on experience
- Private Split: 50%
- Lab Bills: 50/50
- Patient Base: Established NHS and private patient list
- Excellent private growth supported by ongoing marketing investment
Ideal Candidate
- GDC registered Dentist with an Active NHS Performer Number
- Confident delivering general NHS and private dentistry
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Keen to develop cosmetic and private dentistry within a supportive environment
- Comfortable working within an independent, Principal-led practice
Practice Details
- Well-established independent mixed practice
- Approximately 50% of practice income generated from private dentistry
- Fully digital practice
- Equipped with digital scanners, intraoral cameras and modern clinical equipment
- Significant investment in marketing to generate new routine and cosmetic consultations
- Hands-on support from the Principal Dentist
- Friendly, experienced and supportive clinical team
- On-site parking available
Requirements
- GDC registered Dentist
