At Aberdeen Property Leasing Maintenance division we are looking for someone to join our vibrant team. You’ll be on hand to assist in all aspect of maintenance issues in our diverse range of properties. Tasks could range from basic DIY jobs on site, larger issues which will require troubleshooting and enlisting the services of certified gas engineers, plumbers or electricians. This role requires a trustworthy, and reliable individual who has the ability to put their hands to any number of DIY tasks. You’ll be detail oriented, and you’ll want to get the job done to the highest standards, each and every time. You’ll be positive, and you’ll have a can-do attitude!
You'll be a great problem solver, really clear with your communications and be able to work on a flexible basis.
Candidate requirements
- Working Days Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Previous property maintenance experience with rounded knowledge is essential, and a broad skill set in all maintenance fields.
- Knows when skilled Gas / Plumbing/heating and electrical engineers are required to complete the job, and can communicate this effectively
- Tech-savvy for effective communication with the team
- Able to communicate with clients in professional manner
- PAT testing qualification beneficial but not essential as the successful candidate will be put through the course.
