We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, reliable and energetic front-of-house/floor staff with a natural gift for hospitality and a real passion for food, wine and people to join family-run, modern Italian restaurant, in the St. Paul's Square, Jewellery Quarter. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, high standards and the highest level of customer service.
The job role will include:
- Waiting tables
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Taking customer's orders, serving food and drinks
- Always keeping our guests happy and making sure customer satisfaction does not fall below acceptable standards
- Making recommendations from our Italian menu to our guests, describing ingredients, cooking methods and flavours
- Working closely with other members of the team to ensure smooth service
- Preparing tables and keeping the restaurant clean and tidy
We are looking for:
- Previous front of house experience is preferred
- Friendly and positive attitude
- A passion for our food and creating a great experience for customers
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and in a busy restaurant settings
- Punctual, motivated and reliable
