The role of Customer Service Representative:
- Supporting customers with their orders, handling the initial enquiry right through to aftercare
- Providing quotations and taking orders from customers and processing onto the system
- Working with external parties and couriers to ensure orders go out quickly and efficiently
- Assisting with a variety of queries over the telephone and email
- Having consultative conversations and identifying further sales opportunities for the business
- Promoting products and services best suited for the customer
The ideal Customer Service Representative:
- Previous sales administration/order processing and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and a confident communicator over the telephone
- A keen eye for detail and good organisation skills
- Passionate about delivering the best level of customer care
