Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces by performing regular cleaning tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to ensure prompt resolution.
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding hygiene standards and confidentiality to protect guest privacy.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.
Experience
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is highly desirable but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Janitorial experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
