Responsibilities

- Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Support the cooking team during busy service periods by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating.
- Help manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
