About the Role
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll play a key role in our Sheffield retail pop-ups and promotional activations, helping manage interactive setups, engage directly with prospective customers, and deliver high sales presentation standards. You’ll track performance metrics and collaborate closely with team leadership to drive daily account sign-ups.
Your Responsibilities
- Direct Engagement & Sales: Engage warmly with prospective buyers during live retail campaigns, deliver persuasive brand presentations, and close sales.
- Daily Retail Operations: Assist with event stand setup, maintain high presentation standards, and optimize floor coverage.
- Performance & Goal Tracking: Work towards individual acquisition targets and team sales benchmarks.
- Professional Development: Attend structured pitch workshops, objection handling sessions, and daily team huddles to prepare for supervisory roles.
