Workshop Controller – (Permanent)
Salary: £32,000 – £42,000 per annum plus bonus structure.

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller/Manager who can manage the preparation process within our multi car franchise used vehicle centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Allocate jobs to technicians based on skillset and availability
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with service advisors and parts departments to streamline workflow.
- Occasionally speak with customers with respect to post-delivery issues.
- Support Warranty department with advice and diagnosis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
