A successful and growing business is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join its operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to take ownership of daily warehouse activities, lead a motivated team, and help drive high standards across the warehouse operation.
Offering a salary of £32,000-£34,000 per annum based in Aylesbury.
Duties
· Lead, motivate and support warehouse operatives to meet targets
· Allocate workloads, monitor performance and lead daily briefings
· Train, coach and guide warehouse staff
· Support goods in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
· Ensure accurate stock receipt, recording and rotation within SAP
· Maintain stock accuracy through checks and stock takes
· Supervise order fulfilment, vehicle loading and timely dispatch
· Resolve stock discrepancies, shortages and operational issues
· Maintain housekeeping, health, safety, and compliance standards
· Deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required
Experience
· Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor role
· Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes
· Experience using warehouse management systems, including SAP
· Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills
· Strong organisational and workload planning abilities
· Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Hands on approach with the ability to support operational activities when needed
· Forklift licence and driving experience
