Salary: £28,500 per annum + uncapped monthly commission (OTE £50,000 to £60,000)
Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
Working Hours: Flexible between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Wizard Pi are looking for a self-sufficient, driven, yet easy-going Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
The role will involve a variety of sales and business development activities, including:
- Developing new business opportunities
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline
- Meeting prospective clients face-to-face and via video calls
- Networking and attending business events
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Following up enquiries and nurturing long-term relationships
You will be responsible for driving the growth of our Design & Digital Marketing Studio, promoting services including:
- Logo & Brand Design
- Website Design
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- PPC (Google Advertising)
- Organic Social Media Marketing
- Social Media Advertising
- Photography & Videography
- Marketing Consultancy
This role is best suited to an experienced sales professional with a background in the design, branding, marketing or digital agency sector. Whilst full training will be provided on our services and processes, previous experience selling creative, digital or marketing solutions is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage.
