As our Spa & Guest Experience Coordinator, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our clients and an important part of the day-to-day running of both Brow Envy and Spa Time.
This is a varied role that combines front-of-house customer service with practical support duties to help ensure the salon and spa operate smoothly and maintain exceptional standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Managing appointments, bookings, cancellations and waiting lists
- Answering telephone, email and social media enquiries
- Processing payments, gift vouchers and memberships
- Recommending treatments, retail products and packages where appropriate
- Serving refreshments and ensuring guests are comfortable throughout their visit
- Supporting therapists with treatment room preparation and turnaround between clients
- Carrying out patch tests following training and company procedures
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting replenishment requirements
- Managing salon and spa laundry, including organising and putting away returned items
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of reception, client and staff areas
- Assisting with daily kitchen duties, including dishes and general tidiness
- Supporting the cleanliness and presentation of spa facilities, including relaxation areas, showers and guest amenities
- Assisting with promotions, administration and general operational tasks as required

Essential:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, salon or spa environments
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, professional and confident manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Willingness to be hands-on and support different areas of the business as needed
Desirable:
- Previous salon or spa reception experience
- Beauty, wellness or hospitality industry knowledge
- Retail sales experience
Full training will be provided.
