Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations and workflow planning
- Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and business partners
- Monitor production schedules, quality standards, and operational performance
- Prepare production reports, operational updates, and performance summaries
- Support process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Allocate resources and coordinate production activities
- Maintain accurate production records and operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures, and quality standards
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in production management, manufacturing operations, process improvement, operations management, or industrial services
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
- Experience managing production workflows and operational teams is an advantage

Pay: £47,000.00-£63,000.00 per year
