Do you love retail, people, and making a difference?
We're looking for a fun, energetic and motivated Retail Manager to lead our recently opened charity shop in Motherwell!
Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm
37.5 hours per week
Start Date: September 2026
We're incredibly fortunate to have had a fantastic temporary Manager helping us set up the shop and establish our day-to-day operations.
We're now looking for the right person to take the reins and continue building on this exciting new chapter.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the shop day-to-day
- Leading and supporting staff & our amazing volunteers
- Creating a fun, welcoming and inclusive environment
- Handling donations, merchandising & stock
- Growing the shop's social media presence
- Driving sales and helping the shop thrive
- Making a real impact in the local community
We're looking for someone who:
- Brings positive energy every day
- Loves meeting and engaging with people
- Can confidently lead and inspire a team
- Is organised, hands-on and ready to get stuck in
- Has retail and customer service experience
- Wants to make a genuine difference through charity retail
