About the Role
Lead on the development, coaching and monitoring of the performance of our agency general insurance licensed team. Working with quality and performance team you will ensure that sales of NFUM products and services meet the required quality and regulatory standards, promoting best practice in order to provide excellent service to our customers. Through your coaching you help team members broaden their skillsets, sales performance and confidence. Reporting to the senior management team, you’ll be responsible for leading the QPC team to ensure that our approach is consistent and aligned to the specified standards.
About You
Will be encouraged to complete ACII if not already qualified.
Experience and Knowledge:

Experience of developing salespeople

Experience of operating within financial services and quality assurance schemes

Strong influencing and coaching skills

Ability to work effectively and operate autonomously.

Experience of financial services sales and a regulatory environment
Your Responsibilities (not limited to)

Lead the quality and performance coordinator team, to oversee that appropriate support is provided to all general sales team members and that development needs are addressed and resolved.
Support and oversee new general insurance sales staff to ensure training, monitoring and sales support is provided to meet individual development needs, in a timely manner in order to achieve required standards of competence and sales performance.

Monitor, assess and coach existing general sales team members, identifying and providing feedback on issues and development opportunities, ensuring appropriate action is taken, including development, in order that the required standards for quality are met and aligned.

Analyse and proactively identify report and escalate common or systemic quality risks and issues, to influence and support the senior management team in making changes to ensure that the agency meets expected standards.

Working with senior management team to help support overall business performance, achieving annual business plan objectives.

Support in the delivery of one-off projects and new process and system roll outs.

Build and maintain team confidence in the ability compliantly perform their roles

Lead participation in regulatory audits and implement agreed actions for these and to meet compliance requirements.

Full driving license and access to your own car

Experience of working in financial service or a regulated environment is essential

5 GSCE (or equivalent) C grades or above including Maths and English
