About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our busy bodyshop in Bolton. This is a full‑time, permanent position working Monday to Friday on a day shift, ideal for someone confident in vehicle body repair, panel work and accident damage restoration.
You will carry out high‑quality repairs on cars, vans and light commercial vehicles, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Panel beating including reshaping, repairing and replacing damaged panels
- Bodywork repairs on accident‑damaged vehicles
- Filler work, sanding, prepping and finishing
- Welding & fabrication (steel & aluminium)
- Strip and refit of trims, bumpers, doors and interior components
- Alignment checks on panels and body structures
- Working from job cards, repair methods and technical drawings
- Ensuring all work meets safety, quality and manufacturer standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Bodyshop Technician
- Strong panel repair, welding and bodywork skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Experience in a bodyshop or accident repair centre preferred
