Admin Assistant & PA Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various clerical tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily office functions. Prior experience with office software and excellent communication skills are essential to excel in this position. Responsibilities
- Managing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail, demonstrating professional phone etiquette
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members
- Supporting invoicing, Utilities and rates bills.
- Handling general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, tenants and visitors by addressing inquiries efficiently
Skills
- Proven administrative experience with a strong understanding of office procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation
- Outstanding phone etiquette combined with clear verbal communication skills
- Efficient time management abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software systems and office technologies
