Clarets Coffee Shop, located within the Paul Lawrie Golf Centre are recruiting for a part time cook. Please note that there is no public transport link to the location and therefore, the successful candidate will require their own transport or the ability to be dropped off and collected.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards in a clean, tidy and safe manner
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, and health and safety are maintained at all times
- Adhere to allergen legislation
- Ensure that standards relating to food and cleaning service are maintained at all times
- Carry out product and quality control measures on a daily basis
- Place orders to ensure the kitchen and coffee shop is well-stocked
The working days for this position are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 8am-4pm.
The ideal candidate must have catering experience, be smart in appearance, enthusiastic and have previous experience of working in a busy fast paced environment while delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
