About the Role
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our team at the South Western Hotel in Tisbury.
The South Western is a hotel, pub and restaurant, and our FOH team plays a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests and customers.
You will work as part of a friendly team across the pub, restaurant and hotel, providing excellent service and helping ensure the business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and looking after guests and customers.
- Taking food and drink orders and providing attentive table service.
- Serving drinks at the bar.
- Taking and managing restaurant and hotel bookings.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service.
- Working closely with the kitchen and management team.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Dealing with customer requests and feedback professionally.
- Helping with opening and closing duties.
- Supporting the wider team during busy services.
About You
