Reinstatement Operative / White topper
WMF Construction Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Reinstatement Operative to join our fastly growing team, carrying out works in and around the City of Leicester.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a construction company for the right candidate delivering high-quality reinstatement and groundwork services across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reinstatement works to highways, footpaths, driveways and public spaces.
- Reinstate surfaces including concrete, block paving, and paving slabs to required standards.
- Assist with excavation, groundwork, and associated civil engineering activities.
- Operate hand tools and small plant safely and effectively.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism on site.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
RequirementsEssential
- Previous experience in reinstatement, groundworks, civil engineering or a similar construction trade.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
Desirable
- Street Works (NRSWA) accreditation.
- CPCS/NPORS plant tickets.
- Experience working on utility reinstatement projects.
