The role will involve deliveringliteracy and numeracy interventions, supporting pupils who require additional academic support, and assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for aTeaching Assistant who enjoys helping children makeaccelerated progress and gain confidence in their learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliveringsmall-group interventions.
- Supporting pupils withreading, writing, and maths.
- Monitoringpupil progress and providing feedback.
- Assisting withclassroom organisation and resources.
- Promotingpositive behaviour and engagement.
Applicants should have:
- Previousprimary school experience.
- Strongliteracy and numeracy skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- The ability tomotivate and inspire children.
