Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within our establishment. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred, but full training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Serve a variety of beverages and food to customers in a courteous and timely manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as required
- Engage with customers to create a friendly and welcoming environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures diligently, including responsible alcohol service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, serving, or restaurant environments is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required
