This is a fantastic opportunity for a health and safety professional who wants to broaden their impact across an international business. While Health & Safety will be your primary area of expertise, you'll also take ownership of our Quality and Environmental Management Systems, helping ensure our global operations continue to meet the highest standards.

- Promote a proactive safety culture through training, coaching and engagement with managers and via the QHSE team.
- Support the investigation of incidents, identify trends and implement preventative actions.
- Own and coordinate the global internal audit programme, working alongside an experienced QHSE team who carry out much of the on-site auditing, inspection and field verification.
- Accountable for our ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
- Coordinate internal audit programmes, corrective actions and continual improvement initiatives.
- Prepare the business for external ISO surveillance and certification audits conducted by Bureau Veritas.
- Work closely with Country Managers to ensure compliance with company standards and local legislation.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and ensure company policies remain up to date.
- Support environmental and sustainability initiatives across the business.
- Manage and support two direct reports based in Hungary and Denmark, providing guidance, direction, and development to ensure consistent delivery of QHSE standards across regions.

- Experience managing Health & Safety within a logistics, engineering, industrial, manufacturing or operational environment.
- Experience working with ISO management systems, particularly ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
