HGV Class 2 Driver – Regular Saturday Work

Eclipse Recruitment Driving Solutions are looking for reliable HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to carry out regular Saturday morning deliveries in Grantham.
This is an ideal opportunity for drivers looking for consistent weekend work, a strong hourly rate and the flexibility of working one day a week.
The Role
- Regular Saturday morning work until the end of January 2027
- Typically 5–7 multi-drop deliveries per shift
- Delivering goods in cages to customer locations
- Moving goods into customer premises and returning empty cages
- Some deliveries involve frozen products, so the role requires physical, hands-on work
- Checking deliveries, completing paperwork and obtaining customer signatures
Pay and Benefits
- £23.83 per hour PAYE or £30.31 per hour PAYE Umbrella
- Regular Saturday work through January 2027
- Paid induction — complete 4 hours and receive 8 hours' pay
What We Need
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- No DD or DR convictions
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach
- Availability for regular Saturday work
Paid Induction
Before starting, you'll complete an induction covering the driving assessment, delivery procedures and paperwork.
The induction takes approximately 4 hours, but you'll be paid for 8 hours.
