We have a fantastic opportunity for a detail driven and highly organised Product & Pricing Coordinator to join our Promain team based in Hitchin. Promain, part of the Brewers Group, is the UK's largest supplier of specialist industrial paint coatings and we are looking for someone who will play a key role in maintaining accurate product and pricing data across our systems and digital platforms.
Working closely with Category, Ecommerce and operational teams, you will ensure products are set up correctly, pricing is aligned and data is consistently accurate across all of our channels.

As a Product & Pricing Coordinator, some responsibilities will include:

Maintaining accurate product records across our ERP software (K8) and digital platforms

Supporting product lifecycle activities including new product setup, updates and discontinuations

Managing and updating pricing data in line with supplier and commercial changes

Ensuring consistency across K8, website and pricing files and resolving discrepancies

Supporting product onboarding into K8 and maintaining product codes and documentation

Liaising with suppliers to obtain product data, pricing and imagery

Acting as a key contact for product data queries and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date

Supporting competitor price checks and identifying pricing trends or inconsistencies

Contributing to product content optimisation to improve customer experience and conversion

Providing general support across digital and ecommerce activity
Who we are looking for to join our team:

Previous experience and exposure to pricing and product setup, using an ERP, product or data management systems (e.g. K8 or similar)

Experience maintaining accurate data across multiple systems or digital platforms

Proficient Excel skills to an intermediate level, including managing and analysing data

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Confident managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with suppliers

A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and resolving issues

Analytical mindset with an interest in pricing, data and commercial trends

Flexible to travel to meetings when required
