About This Role We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to support a lively and energetic 5-year-old boy who lives at home with his loving family. He enjoys watching TV, playing, and staying active, so this role is ideal for someone who can match his enthusiasm, encourage his interests, and bring a fun, positive approach to his care. In this rewarding role, you will provide dedicated support both at school and at home, ensuring his personal and clinical care needs are met with compassion, professionalism, and respect. As he leads an active lifestyle, you'll need to be confident keeping up with his energy, engaging in play and activities, and helping him enjoy each day while promoting his wellbeing, independence, and development.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK*
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
- Be comfortable working in a household with cats We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
