We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team in London. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities
- Making daily booking calls
- Answering back calls from applicants and some clients
- Maintaining the IONOS calendar
- Entering and uploading data in ZOHO CRM
- Confirming appointments and verifying information
- Sending emails to verify references
- Answering incoming calls
- Submitting close of day reports to management
- Working closely with the HR team
Person Specifications
- Must be capable of self-management and self-motivation
- Negotiation and persuasion skills are an advantage in this role
- Happy enthusiastic type personality is best for this role
- Demonstrated ability to deliver work to good quality standards
- Spectacular skills required in WORD/EXCEL.
