About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Team Leader to oversee a small production team in our clothing factory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in manufacturing who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring daily production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a small production team.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor workflow.
- Ensure garments are produced to the required quality standards. (training will be given)
- Meet production deadlines and productivity targets.
- Train and mentor new and existing team members.
- Identify and resolve production issues quickly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Work closely with management to improve processes and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety procedures.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supervising or leading a small team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
