Aspiro healthcare is a dynamic and forward-thinking partnership based across Northamptonshire serving a population of 23,000 patients across 5 sites.
At our all our Practices we are a friendly and welcoming team who offer a responsive service that works with patients to address their needs.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist/Administrator with good customer service skills to join our team.
As a Receptionist/Administrator you are required to be confidential, compassionate and discrete, always acting in a professional and calm manner.
Job responsibilities will include -
- Receiving patients in a friendly, helpful manner, signposting them to the most appropriate healthcare professional in a timely manner.
- Booking appointments either face to face, by telephone or online.
- Processing administration requests received by other colleagues and other NHS services.
- Help to keep waiting rooms tidy and presentable.
- Arranging a smooth collection of specimens samples.
- Dealing with Patient Queries.
- Undertake any other relevant duties as required by the Practice.
- Being able to chaperone support for patients and clinicians where needed (training will be provided).
- To be a member of the Reception/Admin Team in assisting patients in obtaining healthcare appropriate to their needs in a willing and helpful manner.
Additional Responsibilities may include Clinical Coding - Full training will be given.
We are looking for two members of staff: one to work at Woodsend Medical Centre and the other to be based at Studfall Surgery.
Core Hours will be between 8am - 6.30pm

Job Types: Full-time, 30 hours to 37.5 hours per week
Shift Patterns: 8.00am-4pm, 10:30am-6:30pm - To be confirmed

Experience:
- Customer service: Minimum 1 year.
