We are looking for a friendly, energetic Breakfast Host to join our team at Blas Restaurant for the summer season. This role is perfect for anyone who enjoys early starts and wants the rest of the day free — ideal for students, parents, or those seeking short, structured morning shifts.
About the Role
As a Breakfast Host, you will help deliver a warm, welcoming and efficient breakfast experience for our guests. You’ll be part of a supportive team, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly each morning and that guests start their day with exceptional service.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the smooth daily operation of the breakfast service.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver consistently high standards of service.
- Welcome regular guests and build positive relationships with all visitors.
- Take and post orders accurately, including allergies and preferences.
- Keep the breakfast buffet fully stocked with fresh items throughout service.
- Explain menu items and ingredients confidently to suit individual tastes.
- Maintain a professional, helpful image and work cooperatively with all departments.
- Uphold company standards for appearance, hygiene and behaviour.
- Be available for occasional event support during peak periods (Weddings, Christmas, New Year, Easter, School Holidays).

- You can work flexibly across a 7‑day operation when required.
