The Glenmore Trust is looking for a compassionate, approachable and motivated Support Coordinator to join our team.
You will work directly with adult and young carers, helping them to identify their needs, access the right support and achieve positive outcomes.
THE ROLE
Eden Area
£13.45 per hour
36-month fixed-term contract
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support adult and young carers
Provide practical and emotional support
Offer information, guidance and advocacy
Connect carers with appropriate services and community support
Work alongside families, schools, professionals and partner organisations
