Landscape Construction Team Leader
Hours: Monday to Friday, typically 7:15am – 4:15pm

J&S Scapes Ltd is an award-winning garden design and build company with over 34 years of experience. Proudly operating from our in-house garden design department in Whitchurch near Aylesbury, we deliver high-end landscaping projects across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire. We run four projects simultaneously with each team running a project, we employ 11 members of staff. Crafting stunning outdoor spaces that have earned multiple industry awards, including recognition at Chelsea and Hampton Court Flower Shows. We are a fun, energetic company that values and nurtures our staff’s skills and growth.
The Role:
This is a hands on role, you will have an assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high end garden builds, you need to have good time management and communication skills to work with the clients.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading high-end landscape construction projects
- Strong knowledge of all landscape construction.
- Full driving licence essential
- Ability to manage onsite teams, communicate clearly, and solve problems efficiently
