Overview:
We are looking to recruit a Mentor to work with young people across Nottingham.

Responsibilities:
The team supports vulnerable young people.
In this role you will be supporting the people who use our services by offering them one-to-one support in the community.
Whether you’re talking about goals in a coffee shop or doing activities in the community. We treat everyone as individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
Helping people to take that next step can be a challenge, part of this role we will offer you comprehensive training and will ensure that you have someone at the other end of the phone for day-to-day advice and guidance. We will also make sure you have a named supervisor, who you will meet up with you regularly.
