For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are looking for a guest-focused and service-driven In-Room Dining Server who is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized experiences.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.

Ensure every in-room dining experience reflects the luxury service standards of the Colbert Collection.

Set up, present and serve orders to the highest standards, creating a memorable guest experience.

Build genuine guest relationships and confidently respond to guest requests and preferences.

Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and beverage offerings when appropriate.

Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Restaurant and Front Office teams to ensure timely and seamless service.

Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and organization of all service areas and equipment.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety and operational procedures at all times.
- Previous experience in In Room Dining, Food & Beverage Service, Restaurants, Hotels or Luxury Hospitality.
