Role overview
As an Experienced TIG Welder, you will manufacture precision components to customer specifications, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy and workmanship. You will be working on a variety of bespoke fabrication projects within a modern and well-equipped workshop.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Manufacture components to precise customer and quality requirements.
- Produce high-quality cosmetic and structural welds.
- Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Report any quality issues or production concerns to the relevant supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with the fabrication and production teams.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining exceptional workmanship.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
Requirements

- Proven experience as a TIG Welder within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Experience welding stainless steel and mild steel.
- Experience welding aluminium (desirable).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Able to produce high-quality cosmetic and structural TIG welds.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to inspect your own work and maintain high quality standards.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Right to work in the UK.
Pay: £13.00-£17.50 per hour
