Salary - £43,775.00

Pattern of Work – 36.5 hours, Monday - Friday
What you need to know about the role
As a Planner you will be responsible for developing plans and work schedules for the approval of the Engineering & Manufacturing team to deliver maintenance to agreed levels of resource utilisation & schedule compliance in a safe & efficient manner.
Applying a proactively planning approach, you will organise and resource the work prior to issue, providing job work packs to ensure the appropriate safety procedures are applied and that that the tasks are delivered efficiently.
You will need to monitor and report on maintenance performance in line with the CAMF principles recommending opportunities for improving the effectiveness and efficient delivery of maintenance.
Key to the role, you will be working closely with engineering & operation colleagues you will plan all machine maintenance to ensure all plant servicing timelines are achieved and production downtime is minimised.
You will attend daily & weekly planning meetings with updates of the maintenance scheduling, working independently and in a team, developing work orders & schedules.

What we need to know about you
You need to be a time served craftsperson ideally qualified to NVQ Level 3 and have significant experience of planning and auditing maintenance activities. Excellent IT skills and proficient in the use of the SAP PM module, Microsoft Excel & Project.
You will need to be self-motivated, a good communicator and be capable of supervising work teams.
